What tier will you be on?
The more you earn the higher your tier, the faster you’ll unlock rewards!
- Loyal – This is your starting tier, earn 1 point each £1 you spend with us.
- Noble – Hit 500 points and gain 1.25 points each £1 you spend.
- Elite – As soon as you hit 1,000 points you’ll be gaining 1.5 points every £1 spent.
- Ramen Royalty – For 2,500 lifetime points you’ll get 2 points for each £1 spent and be able to unlock 20% off at Maki & Ramen for life!
T&C’s: Inactive accounts for over 365 days will result in loss of points and vouchers. 20% off for life will only be available to purchase when you reach Ramen Royalty.

What You’ll Redeem
After every visit your points will be automatically added to your account – points do not come off your account after you unlock the reward!

1,000 Points | Free Maki & Ramen Branded Ramen Bowl | Request your bowl in-branch and our team will sort out the rest for you to get your brand new, favourite bowl. |
Rewards are all valid for 30 days and only one can be used per visit. Rewards cannot be used on delivery orders or combined with other discount codes.

How it works in the restaurant
Redeeming is super easy, just follow these steps when you come and visit us!
- Open your Maki & Ramen App and ensure you’re logged in.
- Check your ‘Rewards’ section and ensure any you’d like to use have been activated!
- Let your server know you have our App and they’ll scan your QR Code [or Wallet code] on their tablets!
- You can then choose what reward you’d like to use and let your server know.
- Points will then be automatically added to your account as soon as that transaction goes through!
We’ve also released Digital Gift Cards!
Give the gift of Maki & Ramen, you’ll now be able to buy Gift Cards straight through our website and our app, send these to your friends and family and surprise them with a treat in their inbox. You can download these straight to your Apple or Google Wallet – no paper, no fuss.
You can purchase these in increments of £10, £20, £40, £50 and £100.

Already have a Loyalty Account with us?
If you’ve logged in with us before on our previous loyalty scheme, you’ll automatically be set up – put your email into our app and you’ll get an email to activate your account on the new system.
Missing scanning your app at your visit?
That’s no problem! Please email us at [email protected] with a copy of your receipt, we’ll crosscheck this with our system and can add them to your account!
Do delivery orders earn points?
Points are only earned on in-restaurant visits, delivery orders sadly don’t count yet.
Can I use my Student Discount or B2B Discount at the same time as rewards?
Sadly you won’t be able to use a discount code and a reward at the same time.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on the account and you have 30 days to use your reward [please not welcome rewards are valid for less time than this but you can see this on your account when you sign up].
