Where it all began for Maki & Ramen. Our journey started back in 2015 when our head chef and owner of Maki and Ramen, Teddy Lee started making his magic in this little cute spot in West Richmond. With passion, persistence, and pure love for what he was doing, he managed to create an amazing team and make a dream come true. Now, Maki and Ramen, with more than 6 branches in Edinburgh, Glasgow and currently operating in Manchester too, produces its own homemade noodles and the famous 8 hour slow cooked broth in a local factory in Edinburgh, and managed to be one of the best Japanese Restaurants in Scotland – with awards to prove it!
